Returns & Refunds Policy
We love our product and we think you will too, but if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an undamaged product within 7 days of the product’s delivery. Once we receive the returned item we will then issue a full refund (excluding a $11 admin fee). The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. A refund of return postage is only issued if the product itself is deemed faulty. Please email admin@magneticlashesaustralia.com.au for all returns.
Returned items must be delivered to us undamaged, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for a refund. We also will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange your product for another the customer is liable for the cost of shipping for the return of the product, as the shipping cost of the newly selected product.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you should receive your product and appears to be damaged or faulty please email us at admin@foreverallure.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo if necessary so that we can assess and issue a refund if liable.
Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect delivery address you will be liable for additional costs so please ensure you enter the correct shipping address upon purchase. If an incorrect address has been entered by we will of course cover the costs of re-shipping.
